1. Booking & Confirmation
   All bookings are confirmed once we receive payment, along with any required booking details. Availability is subject to scheduling.

2. Arrival & Setup
   We bring all the equipment and materials needed for the session. Guests are asked to provide a safe, clean, and accessible space for the session.

3. Safety & Conduct
   Your safety and the safety of our practitioners are a priority. We reserve the right to refuse entry, delay, or leave a property if we feel unsafe, if the environment is unsuitable, or if behaviour is inappropriate.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 50% refund only.

5. Health & Suitability
   Mobile Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice. It is not a substitute for medical treatment. Guests should consult their healthcare provider if they have any medical concerns. Any allergies to herbal teas must be written to us in writing before arriving for the booked session.

6. Liability
   While we take care to provide a safe and supportive experience, we cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss during the session.

7. Respectful Environment
   All sessions are professional and intended for relaxation, restoration, and well-being. Any requests or behaviours that fall outside of this scope will not be accommodated.
   
    

Gift Booking Terms

 

1. Gift bookings must be made for a specific date and time.

2. Select the “This is a gift” option at checkout.

3. We will email the recipient a digital gift card with booking details.
