Mobile Animal Reiki sessions are designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being for companion animals in the comfort of their own environment.
With a deep background in traditional Pranayama (breathwork), meditation and Reiki, Taren offers a calm and intuitive approach to supporting the connection between animals and their guardians.
Working with domestic pets, farm animals, wildlife and horses, she intuitively draws on Reiki, breath-informed practices and gentle body acupressure to create a space of calm, trust and connection.
A unique part of Taren’s approach is guiding the human first, teaching simple breathwork and grounding techniques to help guardians become more present, centred and attuned to their animal’s subtle communication. By creating calm and awareness within the human, a deeper connection and sense of trust can naturally develop between animal and guardian.
Each mobile session is delivered on-site across the Mornington Peninsula, allowing animals to remain in familiar and comfortable environments. Sessions are gentle, non-invasive and responsive, allowing each animal to guide the pace and flow of the experience.

An Equine Reiki & Bodywork session combines guided breathwork, gentle acupressure and Reiki to support your horse in finding a greater sense of ease.
Our sessions begin by helping you regulate your own breath and presence, as horses naturally respond to calm, grounded energy. From this shared connection, the session unfolds at your horse's pace.
Using light acupressure techniques and Reiki, I offer a subtle invitation for your horse to soften, release tension and relax. Every interaction is guided by your horse's comfort and willingness, with no force or expectation.
These sessions can be a beautiful complement to your horse's overall care, encouraging relaxation, trust and connection between horse and guardian.
