Equinox

At 1.46am AEDT on the 21st of March - the Sun shifts into the sign of Aries, signalling Equinox. A time of equal day and night, equal balance and a time for finding that balance of light and dark, masculine and feminine within. Take the time if you can during this day to find your inner centre and take a few deep breaths - or more - into your body to claim as much stillness as you can. You might like to try some balancing poses or exercises. Meditate. Or do whatever it is that works for you to find inner harmony. Have some fun with it. The gates are opening to the Year of the Fire Horse. There’s been time for reflection. As the gates open, there’s an opportunity for a final check in on direction. Is your direction heart aligned? If so, it’s time to commit. With Mercury stationing direct only hours later, life is about to pick up speed where there’s been a holding pattern, and momentum will increase over the next few weeks.
