Reiki and Psychic Readings ~

Why do some practitioners include a psychic reading during the healing and others don’t?

The reasons we won’t do it :

It’s not “traditional” to do so and we’re dedicated to providing an authentic Reiki experience.

It’s a distraction from the healing :

From the client’s perspective : it can be much more challenging to let go into true relaxation and access your own body’s centre and stillness if you’re having to listen outwardly and pay attention to what somebody is saying to you. We provide the space anda invite you to listen inwardly, to your body. 

From our perspective as practitioners : it’s a distraction from the state of stillness of mind and body we need to access within ourselves and a requirement to provide our client’s with a superior experience. 

Why do we offer an option of adding on a psychic reading?

Our business and purpose is the facilitation of healing. 

Although we don’t provide a reading as part of the Reiki session, we’re happy to take the additional time prior to the session to facilitate a reading. The messages can then be integrated during the Reiki session.

What can a reading offer? 

If you’ve been concerned or worried about choices or direction, or just generally with what’s going on in your life, a reading can assist in providing necessary clarity, perspective and insight. 

Without worry, the mind and body are free to do their best healing work.
