Winter self care on the Mornington Peninsula

Winter. A time to slow down. A time to go within. What does Winter mean for you? do you like to escape to the Northern climates of warmer weather or do you enjoy the cosiness of warm weather gear, rugging up to go out for a walk or to explore. How about treating yourself to a mini escape. The Mornington Peninsula is beautiful in all seasons. Take in the greenery and rolling hills of Red Hill and Main Ridge. Consider a hike along to Bushranger’s Bay - midweek is quieter than the weekend for parking - then heading to one of our many fabulous wineries, pubs or local cafes, ideally with a fireplace, for something warm and nourishing to eat with good company. Add a trip to the hot springs in Fingal and soak in the warmth of the natural pools, mineralising your body from your skin to within. You might like to make a weekend of it and join us for our Winter Solstice event on June 21st. We’ll be hosting at the Peninsula Hot Springs, to celebrate the longest night, shortest day and the return of light from this point in time. Whether you make a weekend of it or come just for the day, it’ll be your own mini retreat, far from any stressors of day to day life, to restore and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit. Limited to just 6 places for an intimate gathering. You’ll be sure to go home feeling lighter! You’ll find all details on our events page. We’d love to see and share with you.
